The Chinese New Year is very close to us now.
The holiday is Jan 31st- Feb 6th according to our government rule.
But, the real holidays for it is much more longer.
Because most of the Chinese people are working far away from their home town, the Chinese new year/Spring Festival is the only holiday that they can go back home and enjoy their family time.
So we will have a much longer holiday here and most of the industry in China will have a rest during this period.
And the holidays of my small company will be from Jan 22th- Feb 8th.
I will keep accepting new orders from my customers, but the shipping time will be after Feb 8th, once we get back to work and my shipper is ready for international delivery.
90% of orders placed before Jan 22th can be shipped out without a problem.
I will try my best to make and ship them out.
All customers who placed an order during the holidays can request a cancellation if the shipping time is a problem.
I will process the refund when I'm back to work.
I will try to ship out all the pre-ordering orders related to my Lifeline heirloom and New Raven Bite/Bloodhound heirloom.
But, my shipping lines to some countries are currently not working because the shipper is on holiday now. So there might be a delay in your pre-ordering orders.
